Digital innovation has demonstrated its importance in all sectors of the country’s economic and production system, in 2020 more than ever. For the agri-food sector in particular, it has represented a strategic lever capable of guaranteeing resilience and greater competitiveness within the international scenario. More and more players in the agri-food chain are recognising the opportunities and benefits of digital innovation.
But at what stage is the adoption of innovations in agriculture and the agri-food chain? What is the market value of Agriculture 4.0? How and how much are agri-food companies planning to invest in digital innovation in the near future?
These are the main issues that will be presented and discussed at the Closing conference for the presentation of the results of the 2020 Research of the Smart Agrifood Observatory, supported by Radarmeteo, which will host important players in this sector and leading representatives of the entire Italian agri-food sector.
The conference of the Smart Agrifood Observatory will take place in streaming on Friday 5 March from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
The programme is available at this link; participation is conditional to registration, which can be done from the dedicated page.
